We render electrical contracting services accross the whole
of Southern Africa and surrounding countries.
ET's Electrical is a family owned Electrical Contractor's
Business, which was established in May 1994 and is situated
in Standerton, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Our experience in electrical contracting however stretches
back to 1963 with Mr. Chris Herbst Sr. whom started out
his working life as an electrician for the Standerton Municipality
and later worked as a private electrical contractor . Chris
Herbst is still actively involved with the operational side
of business on a day-to-day basis.

Our
Staff
The current managing partner Wessel Herbst is a highly
experienced qualified electrical contractor, and has many
years experience in a wide electrical field.
Wessel completed courses in The Netherlands with Fancom
and Microfan in Climate Controllers for Chicken as well
as Pig Houses. Wessel and Chris are both qualified electricians.
ET's Electrical has several
qualified employees, semi-skilled employees, and 3 permanent
apprentices.

Top
project of 2006
ET's
Electrical completed all existing low tension electricl
installations for the new Rearing and Laying farm for Earlybird,
Standerton.
We also completed electrical installations and equipment
installations for Pig and Chicken farms all over the country.
Currently we are completing a project to do ALL electrical
installations of equipment for a Breeding Section of 48
Chicken Houses for Earlybird in Standerton, Mpumalanga.

Our
History
We
have experience in electrical contracting work that stretches
back to 1967. Projects that have been completed range from
very small general electrical installations, repairs and
maintenance to large projects, such as our latest project
for Earlybird Standerton.

[ECA], Membership # as well as the Electrical Contractor's
Board [ECB], Membership # since 1994.

About
Standerton
Standerton, is
a large commercial and agricultural town situated on the
banks of the Vaal River in Mpumalanga, South Africa, which
specialises in cattle, dairy, maize, ground nuts and poultry
farming.
The town was established on 01 January 1879 and is situated
1 540 meters above sea level. Standerton was named after
boer commander Adrian Hendrik Stander who was the owner
of the farm Grootverlangen on which the town is now situated.
One of South Africa's largest rivers, The Vaal River,
which is a fisherman's dream flows through the
town and the tenth largest dam in South Africa, namely
the Grootdraai Dam is +-10 kilometers outside Standerton,
which supplies the town, surrounding area, farming community
and industry with water.
A well developed infrastructure offers residents of Standerton
an ideal opportunity to start a new business or buy an
existing business and expand it according to their needs.
Experienced farmers have been doing businjess in the Standerton
district for years and can supply valuable information
to prospective business owners and farmers.
The Standerton Golf Club has a well maintained 9 hole
golf course with catering facilities on the premises.
There is a vast number of accomodation facilities available
including the caravan park along the banks of the Vaal
River with popullar fishing, boating and other aquatic
sports on offer.
The Graceland Casino complex is a +- 65km drive from Standerton.
